It’s the Christmas season and this truly is the most wonderful time of the year; but it doesn’t have to be an over indulging time of the year. As we attend gatherings and times of fellowship, we don’t have to blow our healthy eating plan. Just a few modifications can make all the difference. Baked, broiled or grilled meat items are always best for the waist line. Lastly, breads and desserts are usually the life of the party so, go on and enjoy a small serving of your favorite bread or dessert and plan to burn it off during your next workout.
