🦃It’s November! The season of Thanksgiving.

Are you enjoying the beauty of Fall? The beautiful colors is surely a welcoming sign of Fall. As the leaves change and we begin to prepare for the holiday season, be mindful of the people in your life. The holiday season can be very challenging for many. The shorter days, and the hustle and bustle of shopping and gatherings can be overwhelming. But, it doesn’t have to be. A few adjustments and planning can combat the stress of this time of year. Taking the following steps below can help minimize stress:

A. Take time out to relax.

B. Make healthy food choices.

C. Exercise regularly. A 20 minute walk can release those feel good endorphins.

D. Connect with others. Community is a great way to spend time with others and build new relationships that can be life changing.

E. Count your blessings! We all have something we can be thankful for.


Make a decision now that you will give and be a blessing to someone else during this season. You will bless them and you will be blessed in return.
