May is here and MAY I encourage you to set realistic goals in order to accomplish your new, healthier lifestyle. First, decide what you want to accomplish and commit to it wholeheartedly.
Adhere to the following:
A. Do not eliminate any of the basic food groups.
B. Choose an accountability partner.
C. Write down what you want to accomplish. Example: a lower blood pressure.
D. Make POSITIVE confessions concerning your goal(s).
E. Drink water before and after your meals.
F. Exercise daily.
G. Write down every victory a long the way.
H. Celebrate YOU!
