Ephesians 4:23 (AMP) encourages us to “be continually renewed in the spirit of your mind [having a fresh, untarnished mental and spiritual attitude].” Our mental wellness begins in the mind. Guarding our thoughts plays a vital role in supporting our overall well-being.
